Certified on CRM productsSelling ExperienceSelling skills that include managing customer relationships, discovery of customer needs/requirements, follow up of sales leads, demonstrating the products, able to develop solutions and resolve problems, negotiating and closing the deal.Other SkillsImpact and Influence : Develops and uses effective strategies to influence others or to gain their support.
