Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors to our office and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients, guests, and staff. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
    • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff.
    • Maintain the reception area and conference rooms, ensuring they are clean and presentable at all times.
    • Maintain a professional and organized filing system for important documents.
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
    • Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
    • Proven track record in customer service and administrative support.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients, guests, and staff.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience using office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
