Job Description

  • Adhere to periodic reporting needs and monitor in-time delivery of all reports
  • Develop and create business review dashboards and reports on Qlikview/NPrinting
  • Identify reporting needs and send alerts proactively and implement efficiencies in the system
  • Regular enhancements and maintenance of automated programs and applications created for reporting purposes
  • Maintain proper documentation and logs on tools to comply with audit requirements
  • Present performance reports on calls and meetings
  • Maintain and co-ordinate with various stakeholders/function on operations activities and ensure reporting systems are updated correctly at all times
  • Build Qlikview based reporting and analytical tools to provide business intelligence, recommendations and on demand analysis
Skills /Specifications:
  • Excellent working knowledge of Qlikview developer and designer functions, Microsoft Office toolsets MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must have experience in developing and publishing Nprinting reports.
  • Must have working knowledge in SQL.
  • Strong communications (verbal & written) and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must have knowledge on forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
  • Experience in sales analysis and forecasting methods
  • Must be well versed with IT sales lifecycle stages and phases of a services industry
