Job DescriptionQA Manager with 5-9 years experience.Roles and Responsibility Define processes for test plan and several phases of the testing cycle Document Test Plans, Test Strategies, Test Cases, Requirement Traceability Matrix, TestExecution Reports and Defect Reports Involved in analysing the requirements. Manage a team of 5-7 team members and making sure delivery, schedule, status reporting, defining risks contingencies and plans are properly communicated with the client team. Define quality standards and metrics for the projects/products Define areas to calculate the overall risk to the project and creating strategies to mitigate risks.Skill set Experience on Functional and Automation. Experience on NFR testing like Performance, Volume, Security, UI and Mobile testing Expertise in Functional Testing, Automation Testing and Test Methodologies such as Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Waterfall, Agile and Software Testing Lifecycle(STLC). Experience on Automation tools like Selenium, JMeter, etc. Experience on security testing tools Excellent leadership qualities. May be required to travel abroad Skilled in Process Improvement and Team Motivation. Excellent Written and verbal communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Team working skills. Strong status reporting and management of expectations
