*Technology/Role/Department at Morgan Stanley Operations Technology (OT) comprises of functionally aligned development teams who support critical firm functions such as Legal, Compliance and Operations. OT develops strategic solutions that support key business processes, including Settlements, Confirmations, Regulatory Reporting, Position Keeping, Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Surveillance. The Process Automation and Robotics department within OT, provides solutions in support of Operations processing of clients, developing and supporting a consistent set of platforms for Operations to control its client processing activities such as: trade inquiry; external trade matching; exception and workflow management, and business process monitoring. The Cross-Product Platforms Practice Area within the Process Automation and Robotics department is responsible for supporting a consistent set of platforms and frameworks to provide cross-product capabilities across processes and divisions and are used by over 6,000 users in the Firm Roles and Responsibility: SDET with strong programming abilities in Java / Python programming (full stack in CI/CD tools) Strong working experience in a Scrum Master / Test Automation architect role preferably with a Test Automation squad. Should have knowledge of Capital Markets, Trading Life Cycle , back office operations like Settlements & Clearance , Corporate Actions, Tax Reporting Strong in testing processes and SDLC Strong in SQL queries , operating knowledge in Mainframes and Unix systems Demos to Operations/End Users on the new features and shares test results with all stakeholders, ensures End user Quality of the product Periodically reviews the scripts and optimizes the test pack as per the latest builds/ new technology stacks, *Skillset required: Working experience between 3 to 8 years. SME in Capital MarketsHands-On expertise in executing complex test cases using ALM/JIRA Strong technical knowledge on Python Strong analytical skills in designing test scenarios using requirements , user stories Strong understanding of QA KPIs Should be well versed with agile methodologies BDD, TDD, CICD etc. Good in status reporting , demos , macros , operating knowledge in Mainframes /Unix Strong communication skills
