Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Business at KK Consulting Services (1 Opening) Administrative Manage all admin- related tasks for the field force of 45 people. Publish monthly dashboard to show performance of each member on the KPIs. Carry out mid- year and year- end appraisals, along with S1 ASMs / SMs for the entire S2 team. Plan annual S2 cycle meet calendar, execute cycle meets - with clear strategy and execution plan for next quarter. Marketing & Customer Engagement Activities Form bridge between S2 sales team and HO Marketing team.Identify specific marketing strategies specific to S2. Execute in collaboration with AVP - Marketing.Plan for and execute specific customer engagement activities (trainings, demonstrations etc) in key S2 markets.Profile Required Graduate. MBA preferred but not mandatory.5- 10 years of experience, preferably in people- management roles.Prior marketing / product management / product executive experience would be good- to- have.Fairly good communication skills.Key Attributes Required Good sales skills.Good training skills.Inclination to learn about product (technical and clinical details).Ability to generate basic marketing insights from customers.Good co- ordination skills (many different stakeholders).Keyskills : Company Profile Many people view a job change as a way of promoting themselves to a better position.
