Job Description

    The job holder is responsible for managing multiple complex high value projects through proper planning of resources and monitoring the progress of the project to ensure project profitability. The incumbent would be responsible for creating the design for delivery of an assignment. S/He is also responsible for co-facilitating sessions to deliver customer delight.Key Responsibilities:1. Exploring business leads resulting in a potential opportunity that gets converted. To conceptualize complex proposals for new business by coordinating efforts of team members and assisting senior leaders in business development initiatives for successful conversions. [35%]2.
