Experience & Skills:- Experienced with product management or product growth at a global scaleDigital marketing across:- Programmatic media- Auction based platforms - Facebook/Google- Media planning and buying Hands on experience with products, technologies and platforms like:- DSPs (Demand Side Platforms): - SSPs (Supply Side Platforms): Ad Server:- Ability to present your ideas in a crisp and clear manner- Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and consumer technology- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment- Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in EnglishKey responsibilities:- Product: Work closely with the product teams to breakdown larger problems users face into smaller specific tasks- Growth & Gaps: Identify gaps between user need and product and solutions to fill these gaps- Partnerships: Work with external partners relevant for the business to integrate with marketing cloud- Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact,
