Job Description

Responsibility:-

  • Drive Spends & Activation of Debit Cards through multiple analytical programs throughout the year.
  • Drive multiple programs viz, attrition management, consistency, etc. so as to increase the Spends and Activation of Debit Cards
  • Implement various special Seasonal & Festive Promotional Offers to drive online Spends & Activation of Debit Cards.
  • Conduct end to end Debit Card campaigns with help of Campaign & marketing team to promote offers, features, benefit of Online Payment through Debit Cards.
  • Educate / update all Channels like Branch, Phone-Banking, Sales Force, On-boarding channel etc. on latest developments to increase the usage of a product.
  • Jointly drive intervention with multiple teams in the banks including Marketing, Campaigns, IT, Operations, Product teams, Branches etc.
  • Drive Online / POS Business for Debit Cards through multiple initiatives and Portfolio Interventions basis customer usage & shopping behavior.
  • Generate & Implement innovative ideas for incremental Spends and Activation of Debit Cards.
  • Work closely with multiple stake holders to drive the overall Objective of Spends & Activation on Debit Cards.
  • Drive Debit Card usage on Digital Platform in various sectors viz: PayZapp, Smart Hub, standing Instructions & Smartbuy.
  • Implement multiple initiatives based on analytical interventions on various portfolio segments like -Liability Product Type, Customer Type, Geography, Merchant Category
  • Identify potential process improvement areas, so as to give impetus Spends and Activation of Debit Card
  • Ensure timely, correct and complete fulfilment of the offers done for Online Usage of Debit Cards.
  • Resolve Customer Queries and complaints regarding the Debit Card Portfolio Programs raised by branches & DBQ team.
