Job Description

    • Analyzing Production Tickets at L1 Level.
    • Analyze Ticket pattern and Co-ordinate with L2 & Developers for coordination and escalations in attempt to reduce the Issues.
    • Respond to Calls and Messages regarding issues, and provide Technical / Application support to the on floor Team.
    • 3rd party vendor co-ordinations and monitoring.
    • Ad-Hoc jobs and tasks to get Data points and reports related to the applications from L2 and developers.
    • Android application release and update management on Play console.
    • Maintain necessary logs and issue patterns.
    • Contribute ideas towards stability of the platform on the basis of Ticket / Issue patterns.
    Minimum 1 Years Experience required in Technical / Application support, business analyst, Product Department related departments.Any Technical Degree or Non-technical degree with technical experience.
