Job Description

  • New Platforms for digital sourcing and campaign Management Building new platforms for increasing digital sourcing and enhancing customer experience Monitor journey of existing platforms for enhancing customer experience, reduce drop off and increase business Work closely with channel to reduce declines and improve approval rate Build new channels for increase in STP numbers (primes) and monitor activation rates Drive digital penetration and reduce cost.
  • Work closely with branch / digital sales to support in achieving primes and drive digital penetration Forecasting and delivering business numbers across channels and platforms Scale up of business numbers Maintain platform / channel level MIS to track performance / efficiency for necessary action Digital Platform Implementation (DAP, Assisted DAP, Digital sourcing Chatbots, Whatsapp) Scale up, enhancement,implementation for DAP, assisted DAP and other variants Co-ordinate with DAP product, IT team on DAP / digital sourcing platforms through chatbot / whatsapp and other new channels Roll out FAQ / training modules across various platforms to channel to ensure easy adaptation and effective implementation of DAP and other digital platforms to achieve end business objective Master maintenance for APS2 and other digital platforms (DAP) Query handling and resolution Support channels on issues pertaining to platform usage and queries raised Lias on with IT / BTG on query resolution FAQ and training module basis query raised Enhancement / requirement to be parked basis feedback from channels Audits / sample checks on LG generated and lead flow there off, with feedback to channel Share fortnightly platform wise performance and findings highlighting gaps and area of improvement End to end tracking Responsible to close lead flow and downstream process to ensure lead closure and avoid leakages Review existing lead flow /downstream process for process improvements Highlight leakages if any to channels with recommendation for improvement Work closely with channels, IT, BTG, BSG,AFU, RSU, policy to ensure that designed workflow is in line with business requirement and help reduced leakages / rejects Analyze reject reasons and closely monitor approval rates and declines across channels / platforms Work closely to reduce decline and increase approval rate Working alongside Digital Marketing, Channel, Vendors, IT to improve sales for optimizing commercial gain.
  • Accountability of Business numbers on Key parameters and channel engagement Monitor channel / platform wise conversion across products Tracking daily & weekly channel / platform wise conversions Work closely with internal product development team for training / refresher programs to channel on platform usage Weekly/ monthly calls and meetings with channel to meet business objectives Visits & meeting with channels to analyze & understand challenges of processes from front line.
  • Reverse feedback from channels to product development and relevant stake holders resulting better conversions.
  • Audits / sample checks on LG generated and lead flow there off Analyze lead flow with feedback to channels on not actioned leads Lead contact process management to ensure end to end tracking of leads Monthly discussion & review with conversion channel to monitor trends, with documentation of discussion and actionable Share fortnightly channel wise performance highlighting issues and actionable Process Review/Competition Benchmarking & Initiatives Process review across products to identify areas of improvement.
  • Review mechanism on set process.
  • Sample checks across products / platforms to gauge areas of improvement & effectiveness Reverse feedback to stake holders to help bridge gap & get end result.
  • Review competition offerings for capabilities, features, process, and benchmark it to the banks offering Reverse feedback to relevant teams / stake holders highlighting business benefit & impact.
