Job Description

    *Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Job Purpose : The position is that of Product Manager- SME Lending responsible for driving IBG4 related product proposition /policy/processes centrallyKey Accountabilities :
    1. Responsible for all managing existing product proposition including credit programs and roll out for new ones across securing/unsecured lending programs
    2. Responsible for managing and streamlining Standard Operating procedure for the business from time to time
    3. Responsible for capability building and training for IBG4 team members for assets
    4. Manage all MSME related regulatory policy
    Job Duties & Responsibilities :
    1. Responsible for drafting, managing and approvals for all Credit programs, policies including lending related policies associated with SME business
    2. Responsible for ensuring internal and external feedback is incorporated into formulation of the policies from time-to-time.
    3. Responsible for end-to-end credit processes, including roll out of any credit related tools required for implementation of programs/policies.
    4. Work closely with RMG stakeholders to ensure timely renewals, compliance of portfolio caps and triggers.
    5. Ensure timely deployment of all tech related credit/policy changes in all deployments and governance around the same.
    6. Formulate a comprehensive training module and ensure training of all relevant stakeholders associated with IBG4 Assets
    7. Drive any new initiatives as part of Central SME team from time-to-time
    8. Custodians of all regulatory related schemes/policy and compliances
    9. Ensure Satisfactory rating in Audit
    10. Help in commercialization of credit programs working closely with Business team
    Experience : The candidate should have 3 - 5 years minimum relevant experience with exposure to Product/process/technology. Core Competencies : The job holder needs to posses the following skills: Job Knowledge : The job holder should have good knowledge, experience of SME credit, developing and implementing lending programs Organising Skills: The job holder needs to be organised, able to prioritize amongst tasks with competing timelines. Proactive: To understand the system implementations, question status quo and proactively close out action points / deliverables. Communication Skills: The job holder needs to have excellent writing skills, presentation / communication skills to effectively articulate information / viewpoints. Interpersonal Skills: The job holder needs to liaise with various stake holders i.e RMG, Sales and other support units. ,
