Job Description

  • Process documentation to ensure accurate implementation of the Credit policy To synchronise with the Business & Policy Team to implement efficient processes & systems to increase business with policy adherence.
  • Meeting of management objectives in the form of number metrics set for the year and demonstrate continuous improvements in the metrics Publishing daily, weekly and monthly reports as per objectives 1) Publish reports as per timelines set 2) Maintain trend lines for all monitored metrics 3) Educating locations on methodology and solving queries Driving improvements in the location wise numbers for all metrics Driving of TAT benchmarks agreed with business team as well by providing necessary and adequate support to line credit and business teams Key Metrics End to End TAT publishing & monitoring Monitoring & Controlling rework in Credit & Sales Tracking and monitor of login FTNRs ABND daily reports Vendor performance in terms of quantitative and qualitative parameters are tracked and improvements driven on the same.
  • Enable an objective review mechanism for vendors in Retail Credit System enhancements to improve process efficiency CPV, Valuer, Legal TAT & Quality CPV TAT Report publishing & monitoring 80 % achievement in 6 hrs CPV Quality report Ensuring that Quality is not compromised at the cost of Speed , relevant fields has been updated by the agency CPV Wastage Concentrating on least CPV wastages across all the regions.
  • CPV Incidence measuring CPV incidence by various measures , so that the CPV is being fired as per the policy or requirement, there are no lapses in that.
  • Tracking & monitor of Valuation & Legal opinion TAT as well as other parameters as above, as applicable for respective products Eliminating Non Value Add activities and improving productivity standards.
  • Reduction in wastage during loan processing Identifying NVAs & eliminating the same in mortgages.
  • Identifying & Monitoring Non-compliances in processes to enable Cost Savings & reduced wastages To ensure no unsatisfactory audit reports in retail credit and elimination of as many exceptions as possible.
  • Publishing monthly MIS related to Audit reviewing Audit report & identifying/ eliminating curable audit exceptions responding to the auditors on behalf of the line credit teams Publishing concurrent audit MIS & ensuring reduction in queries Liaising with the audit teams during location audits.
  • Ensuring adherence to the ISO standard and retaining certification in subsequent surveillance audits ISO Internal Audits Regular changes & maintenance of All the documents under ISO Maintaining the correct version on E Asset guru.
  • Additional projects New projects in area of process improvements / better TATs / simplification / improving productivity from time to time as required by the business during the course of the year.
