Job Description

  • Business Process Design, review and monitor the Account Opening processes in the bank and the KYC/AML and other policies/guidelines issued by the regulatory authorities from time to time.
  • Branch Process Streamline existing process at the branches Taking feedback from channels to ensure that the processes are working to the benefit of the customer Simplify processes basis feedback received Coordination with CPU to understand and improvise the any process related issues.
  • Process Development and Enhancement Design / modify and facilitate process & documentation guidelines for opening current account for customers.
  • Design / modify and facilitate process & documentation guidelines for modifications in customer relationship details post account opening.
  • Periodical Monitoring for effectiveness of the process.
  • Regularly review Account Opening form design and terms and conditions and implement changes in line with the internal system capabilities.
  • Ensuring all documentation guidelines / processes are in line with internal regulatory guidelines issued from time to time.
  • Ensure to be informed of all changes in the regulatory guidelines related to products and processes and ensure to educate the team members on the same.
  • Initiate changes in the processes / documentation guidelines due to changes in the regulatory guidelines.
  • Periodic updation of various processes and workflows on Gyanline.
  • Raising concept notes for system enhancements Complaints Management To respond to queries raised by branches as well as internal & external customers Respond to complaints received from regulators, customers & channels Follow up with branches to ensure that the complaint is resolved/addressed within the TAT Analyze top 10 areas of complaints, so that the complaints arising out of Top 10 areas are reduced.
