Post- Pre-SalesEducation and Experience: Graduate preferably with 1 year (or more) experience of working in Pre sales preferably from real estate sector but experience in other sectors are also welcome. Conversant with Hindi, English and Marathi. Should have good typing speed and be conversant with basic computer usage, e mail (google mail) and excel.Skills : Should be conversant with selling skills and be able to probe customers needs, extract information on ability to purchase and understand demographics, be able to articulate the project details to prospective customers and be able to convince them to schedule physical visits to the site. Primary target will be to convince customers to visit the project location.Working hours 10 am to 6:30 pm.Sat and Sun are mandatory working for the Pre sales team.There will be one week day roistered off. 6 days working. Festive/National holidays etc. as applicable to all employees.- Salary 20-25k depending on current ctc and experience.- Location - Vile Parle, Mumbai
