Job Description

    • Formulation of policies for launching new products and variants based on new ideas and market competition.
    • Amending and renewing existing policies based on business requirements and acceptable risk levels. Update to Credit Managers (Underwriting Team) on various policy updates. Handling queries related to policies and processes.
    • Drafting of Policies & Operating Guidelines for SME Loan products and Retail Banking products and presenting to Committee of Executive of Directors for approval.
    • Review of performance of various programs on an ongoing basis by generating and release of delinquency-based Trigger Monitoring Report as per policies.
    • Interfacing with Policy/Collections and Product team to assess requirements and building solutions and suitable strategy for the deployment of such solutions.
    • Provide analytical and data support to the different teams within the retail lending space in the Bank, mainly Policy, Product, Collections, Fraud Units
    • Portfolio monitoring and analysis for the different loan portfolios of the bank with the aim of supporting the policy units in the areas of sourcing and portfolio management.
    • Coordinating with the internal IT team for providing data support to the various teams within the Bank.
    • Preparation of Portfolio Reviews & Process Review
    • Preparation of Trigger Monitoring Report of the Product on a monthly/Quarterly basis.
    • Ensuring timely completion of various reviews as per policies on account of time/ volume or delinquency-based trigger breaches.
    • In-depth monitoring of entire portfolio and conducting analysis and identifying learnings out of the same which resulted in value addition to business/ credit group.
    • Responsibly making presentations for conducting internal reviews with senior management.
    • Formulation of MIS to ensure timely release of portfolio data and improving TAT for various counter-teams.
    • Initiatives relating to process improvements ultimately leading to TAT improvements like enabling bulk renewal, parameters reduced for accessing vendors proposals, reducing bulky corporates notes, changing scorecard from parameters based to statistical-based etc Automation of corporate note from word format into a system-based format which in turn helps in reducing TAT and manual intervention as well.
