Piping /Static Equipment Engineer Engg/Design

  • Qualification : BE (Mech), Static Equipment
  • Experience : 6 8 yrs
  • Preferred Candidates Location : Mumbai
  • Location of Job : Mulund
  • Job Profile : Working as a Mechanical Design Engg with knowledge of Pressure Vessels with PV elite Software Knowledge and Reading of PID, GAD (General Arrangement Drawings) Familiar with AutoCAD, Cadworks and PV elite software Checking of Drawings like Knockout drum, filter separation, drawing Checking of Vessel fabrication Drawings along with U Stamp as per ASME Sec VIII Div. I Preparation of MTO/Bill of Material for Vales Skid Packages Basic Knowledge of Quality Control like (Welding, RT, DPT, impact testing) Knowledge of Piping Codes B31.1, B31.3, B31.8, B36.10 Valve Knowledge, API 6D, ASME 16.34 Fittings Knowledge ASME 16.5, 16.9,16.11 PV elite For Vessel is must Detailed Engineering: Preparation of technical specification (data sheets) for enquiry order, design calculation using various software, technical bid analysis, technical recommendations and Client , Factory coordination Knowledge of the ASME , ASTM, API and ANSI Standards related to our products Check the design for compliance with the relevant industry codes and with the client design specifications Responsible for AI approval on U Stamp vessel drawing Preparation of delivery specification for U stamp vessels Checking MTO/Bill of Material for pressure vessels Aware of ASME U Stamp Certification process Inter departmental Coordination, Project coordination with the client, Site team with HO for smooth communication
