Job Description

    Dear All,Please find below job details for your reference:Qualification: BE ( Mechanical)Experience: Oil and Gas sector ( minimum 10 years)Role and Responsibilities: End to end responsible for piping engineering deliverables for EPC project.Job Description
    1. Pre- Bid Stage:
    1. Proposal document and bill of material verification
    2. Bulk piping MTO estimation.
    1. Post Order:
    1. ITB study, technical query/ clarification preparation at start of the project.
    2. 3D modelling of equipment, pipe, pipe support in PDMS/SP3D.
    3. Piping for various equipment like column, exchanger, vessels, pump etc.
    4. Review and comment on vendor drawing/document within discipline or other discipline and for compliance with project requirements.
    5. Drive model review and tag closing.
    6. Preparation of Isometric and extraction of isometric from 3D model.
    7. Material take-off.
    8. Verification of piping tie in at field and preparation of tie in isometric.
    9. Clash check in Navisworks.
    10. Site support during execution.
