The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations and a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and lead the HR operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, PF, gratuity, F&F, and NPS
    • Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives and programs
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
    • Analyze and interpret HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    Requirements:
    • MBA in Human Resources or related field
    • Minimum 12 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll, PF, gratuity, F&F, and NPS
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
    • Experience with HR software and systems (e.g. payroll, HRIS)
