Job Description

As an Head, the incumbent would be required to:

Manage & drive the entire operations, loan management & customer service department.
Responsible for managing the related technology system, team, infrastructure , and competence development and improvement.
Heading Operations for Mortgage business Document Verification, Customer Deliverables, Storage of Documents, Closure of Loans & issuance of NOC , etc.
Manage the entire Operation department cost and budgets.
Liasioning with various Agencies & Vendors.
Liaison with the finance team of the company to ensure proper recon of the funds disbursed.
Effective financial accounting for the SME & Retail assets business & management and regulatory reporting therefore.

, Selection criteria:

Education : CA/MBA
Sector Exposure: Min 10+Yrs of experience of Retail Asset Operation / Asset Operation from any of the Retail Bank/NBFC.
Experience: Min 12+Yrs of experience post CA/MBA
Required skills: Retail Asset Operation , Asset operation , Mortgage operations , loan operation ,etc.
