Job Description

The incumbent works as Team member in Business process re-engineering group within Wholesale Banking operations. The resource is responsible for executing all the activities related to IT projects which are entrusted to him / her by Team leader / Unit head. The incumbent also arranges to provide clarifications to IT / Vendor on queries raised by checking with Team leader / Unit Head.
Apart from this the incumbent also is responsible for helping the Team leader in testing all the changes, which are implemented by the vendor/ IT and In-house Development team.
The incumbent reports to Team Leader for all the day-to-day activities.
Apart from these activities the incumbent is responsible for doing ground level activities for special projects if any assigned to him.
