Dear Sir,This is with ref regarding job opening for the post of Sales Manager and Sales Executives at Mulund.(Mumbai)About Us:-Our clients new business situated in Mumbai suburb (Mulund). They are offering online platform called for service providers (who may be a CONSOL Agents, Freight Forwarder, Shipping operators or CHAs) and shipper (who may be exporter or importer). Well subject to the business idea which is unique in INDIA, shipper will quote his requirements on our portal called where said requirements will sent to concern service providers. In the wake of getting details from our portal, service provider can quote against the query raised from shipper through our framework. Hence shipper will have a decision to choose a best service provider from the list. Therefore here the advantage for both entities as because of online framework, we are secure with the absolute transparency for selecting best service provider and efficient business approach for service provider into whole procedure which is USP of our Business.In case of Salary for Sales Executives .TA-DA and Incentives are different than Basic. Qualification is not an barrier in case of Sales Executives. Subject to age limit, for Sales executives we are looking in between 25 to 30 Years of ages with minimum 3 years of experience. whereas for Sales Manager we are looking in between 32-35 years of age with the minimum 8 years of experience.Our search for sales forte is pretty clear as we are looking a candidate from sales field only and who is working with

  1. International Freight Forwarding agent/ company. or

Job DescriptionsPosition: Sales ManagerReport to: Director Sales and Marketing.Primary responsibilities:
  • Generating and sustaining business relationships for the company with clients.
  • Should be able to push team members to follow up on leads, database for generate new sales.
  • Make cold calls to prospective clients with sales executives and present products offering to him.
  • Make proactive presentations and train team members on regular basis.
  • Prepare and deliver incentive structure in order to encourage sales.
  • Actively participate in customer service of existing account base while developing new accounts base.
  • Actively participate in industry trade shows, training and seminars in order to gather information for promoting our products, expand network of contacts, and increase knowledge.
  • Welling to travel for Business within the defined territory. Analyse market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track sales metrics to ensure targets can be close within the stipulated time. Lead to implement use of key selling tools, which helps him to guide his team mates.
  • Always maintain adequate technical and product knowledge for facing clients. Develop and maintain awareness of both the information of own product & industrys trends.

  • Ensure transparent and leadership in nature.
  • Having excellent presentation skills and interpersonal communication skill.
  • Coordinate daily call MIS report with service manager and Sales Head.
  • Able to read and grasp all communicate relevant to policies defined from Top management for sales.
Job DescriptionsPosition: Sales ExecutiveReport to: Sales ManagerResponsibilities:
  • Identify new client & qualify for the revenue generation race. Identify cross selling within existing accounts.
  • Implement use of Proactive key selling tools which helps him to complete all sales forecasts on time.
  • Develop and maintain business plans with team members to achieve new selling and renewal sell goals.
  • Given value addition inputs for drafting new proposals and pricing sheets. Can able to prepare client presentations. Can handled necessary paperwork to process new business contracts.
  • Coordinate all sales activities associated with existing client accounts with customer service members.
  • Identify and grow contacts within existing client database. Maintain all client contact in CRM system (client contacts, call reports, price quotes, email correspondence, etc.)
  • Always maintain adequate technical and industrial knowledge for facing clients while pitching the sell. Develop and maintain awareness of both the information of own product & industrys trends.

  • Positioning self to follow with right visibility within the organisation.
  • Review & refine presentation skills / papers / summaries before facing to clients or management.
  • Update daily call MIS to service executive on regular basis. Report to Sales Manager on daily basis.
