Job Description

    Position: Operations ManagerJob Location: Thane, Mumbai
    • Should have the ability to train, supervise and manage the team members.
    • Should manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
    • Create reports to update the company on the teams progress.
    • Communicate clear instructions to team members.
    • Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward.
    • Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.

    • Should be a good decision-maker in hard situations.
    • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Looking for 5 - 7 yrs of experience candidate having expertise in Logistics
    • Qualification: Graduate
    • Good communication, convincing skills, Patience
    • Male candidate only
    Remuneration & Other Information:
    • Remuneration to be decided based on experience and current offering to the candidate. However, we suggest Rs.3 lpa- 4 lpa as CTC (negotiable)
    • 6 Working Days
    • Office Timing: 10 am- 6.30 pm
