Please find below the further details.Job Details:Designation:Office CoordinatorLocation: Vile ParleExperience: 2 to 5 yearsSalary: upto 2.50 lacs AnnumOnly females are preferredJob Duties:

  • Track all the status of all incoming orders from the branches.
  • Review an maintain inventories, create alert for low inventories and order as required.
  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, good and supplies, interact with the supplies on day to day basis.
  • Cordinating with all the company branches for their requirement related to VMs/Braning/in shop branding
  • Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, manufacturing and stock departments.
  • Ensure that all the invoices are thoroughly checked and sent to accounts for payments.
  • Managing the SLA( Service Level Agreement ) that may be in place managing any Master Agreement between suppliers and the company.
  • Safety, Quality and other legal departments.
  • Produce and maintain all reports. ( List of Reports )
