Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesAccount Management Acting as the custodian of named clients, will be responsible for all official communication channel between client HA. Entire ownership of the client from end to end.Annual/Monthly Business target achievementsTeam Management , Team TrainingClient (Insurance Company) Relationship Development at multi-level HO, Region, Branch, Ops, Sales.High internal cross functional / departmental (Ops, IT, Finance, Network, Strategy , etc ) coordination on day to day basis.Client (Insurance Company) Escalation ManagementDirectly Responsible for Volumes & Growth Strategy for assigned clients / region.Travel across region / branches to develop new locations. Inter city & intra city travelling for meeting.Regular client review internally and externallyDeep understanding of client buying behaviourNew Client Acquisition Add few more client to his existing kittyUpsell & Cross Sell new services to clientAudit facilitation for his/her respective clientsIT Project coordination sBilling & Recovery responsibility from assigned clientsContract renewals / Additional addendum / compliance related to client, Tender / RFP participation.Managing commercial, Negotiation and other process related requirements with clientPlanning network expansion growth for the client along with network teamOverall ownership of the client with respect to End to End requirements fulfilment , Internal coordination and strategy making for target achievement for named accounts remains with NRM,
