This role is responsible for leading the team of Application associates for all Diagnostic business. You would be tasked with running an effective team, that works across the country with clients, managing their performance, developing their skillset to ensure client satisfaction. This position is key to cross functional alignment and would also be a key partner to the India Business head. Prior experience of people management and the ability to build high performing teams would make you the ideal fit for this role.Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    • Develop a committed team of professionals with right expertise, client focus, results drive and accountability to deliver high quality output and the right client experiences.
    • Play an active role in assessing and continuously improving competency levels amongst the team through customized trainings and hands-on support and guidance
    • Train and empower your team to enable quick decision making.
    • Ensure alignment of the team with larger commercial goals by ensuring team engagement and cross functional alignment
    • Develop high potential team members to build succession plan for your role.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Monitor On-time Applications support across all modalities within the country
    • Ensure team is focused on conducting CME s and educational programs at all S and A clients, to engage and improve retention.
    • Drive reagent consumption through technical promotion
    • Regularly visit to Key accounts, gather Voice of Customer and report back to the leadership team in order to enhance our ability to shape customer experiences and strategies
  • Business Partnership:
    • Move from escalation based reactive client management and to proactive engagement based on business priorities and segmentation strategy.
    • Engage team, key customers and experts to generate appropriate field data, application notes and publications to support work being done by the product marketing team to highlight product benefits and helps differentiate Beckman products from others in the market.
    • Help drive Menu Expansion projects and charters based on business needs within the region, in close collaboration with the National Sales Head and Regional Business Manager
Person Scope:This is a key addition to the Beckman India leadership team. You will have the opportunity to scale up into a broader role across either Beckman India or Beckman High Growth Markets, based on your performance and potential.
  • Experience 12+ years of minimum experience in Application management in a healthcare organizations
  • Experience in people-management would be an added advantage
  • Proven track record of being able to work under time pressure and in a lean organization.
  • Ability to create and enforce process discipline, deliver results and drive change
  • Travel this position will require travel within the country for external client/ internal team meetings and outside the country for any strategic or functional meetings.
  • Ability to effectively and seamlessly work in cross-functional teams and matrices, effectively delegate as well as take control depending on the on-ground situation
