Job Description

    Key Roles and Responsibilities: - This person will be custodian of all revenue booking, invoice management, and everything finance related to Partnerships like managing monthly Invoicing, collections, dispute resolution/reconciliation with partners and reporting.- Support data analysis on targets and work with BI teams in preparing and delivering business reviews to the senior management team.- Facilitates complaint escalations, problem and change management directly on behalf of partners.- Owns the pre- and post-launch operational account management (including coordinating with the product team for tech issues in partner integration) of multiple partners.- Perform audit of processes and check if revenue leakage is happening at any level of the funnel.- Working with the functional leaders and other internal groups to build scalable processes. Skills & Competencies: - Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills with proven experience.- Excellent written and oral communication skills and should have worked in customer facing roles.- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment.- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.- 7-8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Collections, should have knowledge of handling AR portfolios and be target driven.- 3+ years experience in program or project management and experience in managing external partners.- 5+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.This job opening was posted long time back.
