Job Description

    Job Description Main duties:Achieve an agreed annual target through contributions from Mid Major donors. To develop the strategy and create a portfolio of committed individuals who are willing to provide ongoing support. To proactively identify, cultivate and secure high value, long term relationships with new potential individual supporters or mid major donors within our key funding areas. To acquire fresh mid - value donors and building the fresh pipeline. To manage and build excellent relationships with donors to ensure all opportunities are maximized. To meet and exceed challenging income targets from new donors prospects/databases. To prepare accurate reports on donor relationships for key stakeholders. To undertake any other activities in line with the responsibilities of the post. Required skills and abilities:Post graduate in the relevant field with experience in high value fundraising, key account management in not for profit or BFSI industry and a demonstrable track record of skillfully securing and managing major donors/ individuals with high disposable income. Financial and commercial acumen to identify, develop and deliver new partnerships and maximize existing ones. Manage a high volume of accounts with a focus on quality communications, writing, and strategic engagement. Knowledge of CRM and other tools available for donors Confidently engage with prospects & donors via phone, email & personal meetings and manage the end-to-end relationship. Experience Required: 2-3 Key skills required: Sales, Marketing, Fundraising, HNI clients handling, MS Office knowledge is must. Office timings: 9:30 - 5:30 5 or 6 day work: 6 days Office location: Parel, Mumbai Salary budget: 4LPA - 6LPA can negotiate further is the candidate is exceptional. Minimum Qualification: Prefer PG.
