      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Ability to understand business requirements, validate feasibility and translate them into technical requirements 2 Create and maintain technical architecture for Frontend applications using ReactJS by doing requirements reviews and architectural proof of concepts 3 Manage Lead Front-End Development team of size 5-10 4 Define and maintain team operating standards like issue tracking, time reporting, etc
      • Technical Experience : 1 8 years of experience in the field of Web Application Development and expertise with component driven architectures 2 3 years of proven experience in Frontend application development using ReactJS and its core principles 3 Proficient understanding of JSX, Axios, Fetch, Redux Saga, Redux Thunk 4 Proficient understanding of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model 5 Experience with newer specifications of ECMAScript 6 Experience with RESTful APIs
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Good organizational skills, ability to multitask and be proactive 2 Self-motivated, Results driven, and accountability minded 3 Ability to focus on perfection with an eye for precision and attention to details 4 Ability and desire to learn new skills 5 Good oral and written communication skills
