Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : -Engineer is responsible for SCCM Operations and in-depth issue troubleshooting/escalation/RCA - Global software distribution of packaged software applications - Frequent interaction and collaboration with multiple IT support team personnel around the globe - Monitoring SCCM client health and resolving issues related to application delivery, application installation, data collection, security patch installation, etc - Performing advanced level troubleshooting of SCCM client issues
        • Technical Experience : - Microsoft Windows Server Administration - Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager - Microsoft Windows - System administration - PowerShell - Understanding of complex infrastructure
        • Professional Attributes : - Lead the team effectively - Good Communication skills - Communicate effectively to the team - Ready to work 24/7 as per the requirements
        • Educational Qualification : - Certification over SCCM tool - Any graduate from BA/Bcom/BE
