Job Description

Experience required: A medical professional who has an interest and knowledge of surgical procedures, operating room procedures, equipment etc.

At Games2win, we make fun, entertaining mobile games that consumers love to play. Our success comes from making games that are everyday life routines such as driving and parking cars, dressing up, etc.

We sense a huge opportunity in medical/surgery games that are played by consumers for entertainment and fun. Lots of young people want to become doctors and surgeons, and medical games are the perfect channel to provide them with a quick experience of the profession!

What do you need to do
  • Compile a list of the most minor to the most complicated surgeries that exist.
  • List all the equipment that will be needed for these surgeries.
  • Be able to document each surgery stepwise (with the instruments to be used) so that it can be translated into a mobile game.
  • Be very digital- savvy. We would need you to source video links, pictures, etc. as reference links so that we can use them as guidance for creating assets in our games.
  • Love the medical and surgery profession! Create so much excitement with our games that our consumers actually seriously plan to become surgeons and doctors.
  • Be able to work extensively with our team of game designers, 2D and 3D artists, programmers, product managers and quality control teams to bring out the game. (Note you will be responsible for documenting the different levels of the game)
Who could you be Background and Experience:
  • A Medical Graduate (We are not obsessed with a particular degree). As long as you have studied medicine and understand surgeries, procedures, and the equipment required, we will be happy to evaluate you.
  • Someone who plays smartphone games and is very comfortable with Youtube, Apps, Blogs etc. You should be a moderate consumer of Netflix, Hotstar content etc.
  • An avid reader of the happenings in the medical fraternity so that you can stay updated with the latest happenings.
  • A person who has immense patience and perseverance to study, write, present, and then work with multiple teams to produce content. (It s very exciting to working on a game, but the real work and grind are tough!)
  • We are predominantly focused on global markets. 85% of our audience is from the USA, EU and the Rest of the World. Hence you must have a globally relevant medical knowledge.

Any degree in Medicine or related profession would be a great advantage.
