Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Implement multi-channel campaigns for a best-in-class marketing approach. This includes campaign development, activity planning, presentation and revision, execution, optimization, analytics, and reporting.
    • Develop and implement email campaign activities, and newsletters through Marketo, and measure program KPIs and performance.
    • Support event and webinar promotions through digital channels and report on KPIs and performance.
    • Review and advise on SEO and program keywords.
    • Manage social media channels and develop content accordingly and report on KPIs and performance.
    • Implement SEM/GoogleAds programs and report on KPIs and performance.
    • Work with the Analytics team to leverage data and insights to inform marketing campaign strategies, such as leads and conversions.
    • Plan and manage campaign tactics, and tasks through Smartsheet.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and manage marketing activities.
    • Brief agencies and freelancers as required.
    • Ensure all activities comply with company brand guidelines and global regulations
    • Undertake other tasks and activities as required by the business
    Skills & Experience Required:
    • Intermediate user of Microsoft O365
    • Good working knowledge in Social Media Marketing
    • Familiarity with Social Media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
    • Good working knowledge of SEM and SEO, Google Analytics/Dashboards and Google Ads
    • Good working knowledge in Marketo / Pardot or Mailchimp Marketo certification desirable
    • Familiarity with Smartsheets is desirable
