Job Description

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness
    • Manage a variety of social media channels, websites, and other digital marketing platforms
    • Trade marketing to handle demands of distributor and retailers on branding and promotions
    • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are cost-effective and within budget
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives
    • Develop and manage relationships with vendors and agencies, including advertising agencies, public relations firms, and freelancers
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance
    • Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to team members
    • Create and deliver presentations to senior management to report on marketing campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
    • Association, academy, and tournament sponsorship
    • Working with distributor and retailer for consumer experiencing events
    Preferred candidate profile
    • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with other departments
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies
    • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
    • Experience with marketing automation software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
