Job Description

    - Develop the Talent Management framework by assessing current, mid and long-term organizational objectives and fundamentally assist in the organizations success by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.Main tasks and responsibilities:- Drive end-to-end learning & development programs along with effective analysis of those programs.- Ensure the provision on creative, innovative and agile learning interventions that meet the changing cultural and social needs of the business.- Conduct various employee engagement initiatives leading to engaged workforce and better retentions.- Work in collaboration with HR business partner and business leaders to generate insights from the employee engagement survey to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the enterprise and within individual lines of businesses- Actively contribute to the implementation of learning curriculum and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward looking enterprise needs, employee development plans and individual line of business objectives- Independently design the complete architecture of the L&OD function including processes and flow of the L&OD function and how its going to contribute to business results.- Deliver training to various parts of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, coaching, and others.- Keep abreast with the latest leadership and change development trends and methodologies with various training organizations, consultants, tertiary institutions, etc.- Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable and manage the vendor relationships and service level agreements in support of talent management programs.- Responsible for a range of rewards & recognition processes. Manage the system end to end where people are acknowledged for their performance in different ways. Design to create a work environment where there are appropriately acknowledged and appreciated of employees efforts in a fair and timely manner.- Managing the Learning & Development budget.- Keep abreast of talent management best practices, determine where it would benefit employees and people leaders to recommend certain best practices and oversee their adoption.- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.- Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.Key Attributes:- Good knowledge of the fundamental concepts of HR and related systems & processes with ability to think strategic with focus on the organizations vision- Excellent communication skills with a mindset to partner with internal and external customers and build strong professional relationships- Collaborate with team members and business unit heads to offer precise solutions to the needs of the employees- Ability to appreciate cross-cultural sensitivities and handle employee concerns accordingly- Ability to solve problems in a structured approach and have strong negotiation skills- A caring and enabling outlook to people issues and processes with an attitude of being an employee champion- Ambitious, self-motivated, results driven, well-organized and conscientious individual seeking a long-term association with the organizationReporting Structure:- Role Reports to: Director - Human Resources, India & Bangladesh,
