1.Independently handling all metallurgical Lab activities in Plant.2. Metallurgical failure analysis of all customers issues including in house as well as field issues.3. Tracking all metallurgical issues and take corrective actions4. Proactive audits at Supplier end for special processes like HT, Raw Material and drive improvement for these processes.5. Involvement in design review and AQP for NPD.6. Proactive audits at Supplier parts.7. Supplier assessment for facility/process approval as per the requirements.8. Coordinate with SQI, NPD and Sourcing and provide technical support/guidance wrt to Metallurgy.,
