Roles and Responsibilities1.Be the primary owner of all tasks compliance and labour law related2.Management of the team and ensure that all their tasks are being met3.Liaison with all government officials for labour law compliances.4.Attending Legal Internal / external audits / inspections at clients premises and maintaining records for the same.5.Attending any legal proceedings in court and maintain minimal/nil exposure to lawsuits.6.Protect the interests of stakeholders and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and labour laws and regulations.7.Co-ordination for rate of Minimum Wages / Special Allowance with respective Govt. Office. Notice for Rate of Minimum Wages and update the state wise rate of Minimum wages.8.Obtaining the license & renewal under the contract Labour Act and Shops & Establishment Act as per client & region wise9.Overseeing all PF, ESIC, PT and LWF compliance processes (including returns filing and ensuring timely closure of all employee issues)10.Keeping track of latest Government legislation affecting the contract staffing industry.11.Timely execution of all responsibilities that may be assigned to youDesired Candidate Profile1. At Least 10 Years of Labour Compliance Knowledge2. Thorough knowledge of all compliance on labour law and IR issues3. Thorough knowledge of Shops and Estasblishment, CLRA, PF, ESIC, PT and LWF4. Strong communication skills5. Great with processes and comfortable using software tools to streamline compliance tracking
