Manager HR - Generalist Profile - A Leading Manufacturing industry (4-7 yrs)- Handling the entire HR function for Branch & Corporate Level- Leading the Sales HR - Recruitment, Onboarding and Document Management .- Implementation and Administration of HRMS tool .- Monitoring Performance Management System & Training and Development.- Leading the Employee Engagement activities and working on new initiatives .- Preparing Fortnightly reports to be sent to the HEAD HR, on status for HR activities.- Preparing and implementing Company policies in line with the company culture and adding them to the HR tool (HRMS).
