Job Description

  • Timely & Accurate preparation of financial statements.
  • Responsible for analyzing and presenting periodic financial statements, MIS reports and budgets to the higher management & helping them in taking right business decisions.
  • Monitoring financial accounting and control systems for sales, purchases, payroll and OPEX.
  • Finalization of accounts and co-ordination with statutory and tax auditors and income tax consultants.
  • Responsible for finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.
  • Designing strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realize corporate goals.
  • Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
  • System development including Costing, MIS etc.
  • Responsible for all compliance issues related to ROC, Board of Directors and Taxation authorities.
  • Taking care of all New / additional billings / Collection / Co-ordination with Consortium partner DY Engineering (MSRDC Project).
  • Preparation of Weekly / Monthly cash flows and tracking of the same on frequent basis.
  • Fund raising from Banks / NBFC s / Top up Housing loan / Personal loan etc.
  • Co-ordination with lawyers regarding any Legal matters pertaining to the company.
  • Accounts Supervision.
  • Negotiating with capex vendors and setting commercials with them.
  • All accounting entries in tally and invoicing for projects to be done
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience of 5-8 years into finance and accounting.
  • Experience of Service Industry.
Salary:6 Lac - 6 Lac,
