Job Description

Ensuring 100% complete documentation for Corporate Account OpeningTimely escalation of any variance and discrepancies observed during course of document checkingEnsuring the 100 % adherence to TAT for Opening CASARegulatory reporting & adherence to guidelines issued by RBIPoses good knowledge about RBI KYC guideline and documentation of Corporate and individual accounts openingShould be well versed with Liability ProductsShould poses good knowledge RBS Tranche reportingsShould poses good Knowledge of FATCA/CRS guidelineEnsure staff is trained adequately for all processes they handleShould poses good knowledge of Project handling and UATsShould poses good knowledge of finacle system with regard to liabilities operationsShould poses good problem solving skillPoses good knowledge of various defaulters database and their impact. e.g. RBI Caution list / Black list /Lexis NexisShould have decent knowledge about deliverables handling like cheque books, cards etcCross training and helping branches complete documentationInvestigate and perform root cause analysis for variances and long outstanding entries.Guide and help Operations units and branches by resolving their queries pertain to processes and accountsPreparation and ensure accuracy and timely submission of regulatory report for entire Operations.Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous and timely delivery of customer requirementsCompliance and adherence of internal and external regulationsRequirements Graduates with 8+ years experience or post graduates with 4-5 years of post qualification experience.Experience in various areas of operations.Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.,
