MBA preferredSkills : - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Previous exposure to contracts and an understanding of basic contract language; experience securing large contracts- Having extensive experience & understanding of the bid management process- Knowledge of document management methods- Should have worked in Bid Management role in a mid/large IT organization.Experience :- Over 6 years of relevant experience in Bidding with a Mid / large size IT/ Software set upRole Description :- Experience being part of bid management for large contracts- Proposal Preparation- Compelling Bids to be submitted in a timely manner- Coordinating with other departments for getting the required information for bid preparation- Hands on knowledge of creating a good techno functional bidJob Description / Responsibilities :- Manage the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities- Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery- Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer- Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process- Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation(such as preparation of a management summary)- Manage the bid budget- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
