Job Description

    Job descriptionLead the sales team and channel partners in the assigned ZoneAccountable for sales revenue target forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actionsEstablishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectivesPlan, organize, direct and control distributor staff to meet these objectives. Monitor their daily/weekly/periodic performance and compare it with that months objective.Communicate regularly with all distributors of assigned territory/zone.Maintains direct personal contact with all key stake holders such as Channel Partners (CP) and retailers and responds in a timely manner (24 hours or less) to all requests for information or requirements/issues.Efficiently manage the channel partnersDevelop and manage channel through partner engagements to drive revenues.Engage new channels for driving business to identify new opportunitiesEnsure partners have up to date knowledge of new products, features, roadmap, etc. Provide regular trainingAchieves sales operational objectives by contributing zonal sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviewsMaintains and expands customer base through sales teams and channelsRecommends product lines by identifying new opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitorsQuery resolution at the front end and prompt escalation to the proper authorities within the organization as requiredHave an eye for detail in entire tasks assigned to ensure proper compliance in all respectsExtremely strong team building and motivation skillsVery high on integrity and leadershipSkills/Qualifications:Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability, Extremely high values and integrity
