    Employer: Leading FMCG CompanyProfile : Manager- FP&A ( Financial Planning and Analyis)Job Location : MumbaiWork Profile The role assists in Financial Planning and Analysis for the domestic business of firm. It involves both short term and long term forecasting including the preparation of Annual Operating Plan and measurement of actual vis-- -vis the plans and analysis thereon. The role has day-to-day interactions with stakeholders from Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain/Procurement functions which become both a customer and supplier for the person responsible for the role.ROLE SPECIFICATIONSPlanning:- Formulation of entire AOP plan by liaising with sales, supply chain, factory teams and aligning plans with relevant stakeholders- Forecasting P&L basis inputs from multiple teams and actual changes in market dynamics or cost scenarioVariance analysis vs. plans :- Simulation on profitability scenarios and replacement pricing- Formulating long range and strategic plansDrive analytics:- Handling management accounting and advance analytics of each line items of P/L with cuts for category, formats, brands- Rolling forecasting and guidance to business on delivering versus plans- Monthly profitability dashboards, analysis of gaps, regional profitability- Support on NPDs, pricing, what if scenario, shadow costing and Adhoc MIS- Lead finance interface with cross functional teams on any support- Lead Pi PMO - cross functional project for cost saving- Partner with brand/category team in achieving top-line and NC targets by driving sales growth and cost savingsPlease send your CV with below details if this suits your requirement:1.
