Develop analytical outputs for use case by sales channels for value buildup.1) Work closely with Analytics teams on a monthly basis for analytical inferences on CSA segments which are not performing with relevant actionables.2)Create actionable and launch programs / initiatives in the market to enhance cross sell and value buildup basis the analytical inferences.Key drives launched in Salary include Salary credit reactivation, outflow of balances to competition banks , predictive & Regular attrition.Identify and create Segmented Portfolio Initiatives to help in value build up and meet targets for the FY.1)Track , monitor and close loop feedback from the programs.2)Track branch managed corporate portfolios as a segment for growth.3)Create and manage the process of corporate reviews of all eligible branch managed corporates for the FY and monitor progress MOM.4)Provide structured and adhoc analysis to management on various portfolio drivers on ongoing basis for better decision making during the course of the year.Track and monitor the HNW Salary Book against budgets for the year.1)Work closely with HNW product team to create targets across HNW channels for value buildup.2)Drive at a RM Portfolio level tgt vs achievement MOM as also engage with RMs to support with enablers which will help meet plans.3)Work closely with phone based channels to drive the same in their units.4)Develop the virtual KCM channel by migration / racing corporates to them and providing support to the channel to meet corporate Salary objectives.Drive entire Campaigns & Triggers management framework.1)Develop a comprehensive campaign framework across products for corporate salary to be jointly run with Marketing .2)Create and monitor campaign efficacy and performance MOM across products and ensure course correction basis feedback.3)Create and manage a robust process of event based triggers across corp salary portfolio across channels.4) Introduce new triggers / channels to enhance coverage of customers.5)Scope and create an action plan for campaigns through social media and new age channels for the portfolio.6)Support all channels for customized communication basis market feedback.SkillsBanking Product & Process KnowledgePlanning and Organizing SkillsCommunicationKnowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.Analytic SkillQualificationsGraduation: Post-Graduation:,
