Roles and ResponsibilitiesRoles And ResponsibilitiesPMO team works on large scale bank wide projects having organization wide impact. The team actively leads, manages and delivers high impact cross functional projects which creates value for the organization.The role encompasses the following but not limited to:Project Identification: Analyze & identify key value delivery projectsProject Initiation: Ensure necessary steps are taken to initiate/deploy such projectsProject Ownership: End to End Ownership to own & deliver results.Effective Delivery: Ensures timely delivery of projects, within budget and meeting agreed objectivesThis role cuts across the Business, Control and Support Functions1.Engagement with various units/stakeholders to collect, review, design, validate & automate processes. Responsible for recommending change with required controls wherever required.2Own every action required to complete projects and deliver on expected outcome to the satisfaction of stakeholders (Structure, Policies, Process, Technology, Training to end users,Service Delivery, Resourcing, Analysis, Measurements,++)3 Manage cross Business-unit linkages, bottlenecks and strive for resolutionsInteract and facilitate reporting and resolution on bottlenecks with Bank s senior leadership4 Documentation of projects, business cases, benefits and manage archival of these documents5 Monitoring and publish Project Management Dashboards / reports for Senior management and other decision making groups6 Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in managed projects through effective implementation and change management7Key Measurement Criteria : Project Metric Delivery; Stakeholder Satisfaction; % toBanks Revenue & Profitability Targets
