This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesThis team manager is responsible for evangelizing our digital and data products internally to our sales team and externally to clients. Because the solutions we re building are innovative, we are looking for a media-savvy, entrepreneurial storyteller who can transform a traditional training program and make it an entertainment channel that creatively engages the sales and clients with our newest offerings. You ll be responsible for developing creative content that simplifies complex products so that they are easily understandable by our non-digital clients and sales teams: One moment you ll be creating a short video about our latest API and how it s transforming a company s business in India. Another moment, your team will support RFP collateral for major client wins. They ll mine through success stories so that you can spotlight how digital or data products are winning awards or increasing a client s growth trajectory and you ll determine the right medium for the story, and its audience. Your responsibilities will include managing partners, support/learning sites, content libraries, with the primary goal to develop and deliver the right learning content to the right audience, to help them understand and adopt our digital and data offerings.Key responsibilities/attributes:

  • You are a creative storyteller and digital-native
  • You are known for simplifying complex concepts into their essence. You tell stories that people get so easily that they can retell the stories themselves
  • You are comfortable telling stories in any medium: video, PPT, word, emails, newsletters and are savvy enough to identify which stories should be told (based on our strategy) to which audiences, through which channels and mediums. Note: you don t always have to be the content creator, e.g. video but you need to know how to select & manage agencies and oversee the content creation
  • You ll manage RFPs and partnerships with agencies to onboard learning, media, and technical vendors to achieve your goals
  • You ll manage a learning and support site and content for our clients
  • You ll develop journeys for our clients, while developing the content to support them from early awareness to adoption and usage stages
  • You ll partner with our marketing, sales and product teams to develop these client-focused journeys and collateral and measure the efficacy of your work
  • Last but certainly not least you are data-oriented and bring analytical rigor to your client journeys and content development. You use data to determine which content should be developed when, what content or channels are working (or not), and where to invest your resources.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 3 years leading learning / training-oriented content (ideal, not required)
  • 7+ years developing creative content programs that engage audiences across a variety of mediums with measurable proof points to demonstrate the efficacy of your work
  • This ideal leader may have a learning/training leadership background or a marketing/comms background.
