Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION GRAPHIC DESIGNERDesignation: Jr. Graphic DesignerExperience needed: 6 months 2 yearsOffice Location: Dahisar East, MumbaiPreferred Residential Location: Western Line, MumbaiAge: 20-25 yearsGender: No preferenceWorking hours: 9:30 am to 6:30pm (Mon-Fri), Alternate Saturdays off, Sundays offSalary for this vacancy: 15k to 20k per monthSkills required:

  1. Basic English communication skills should be in place
  2. Should be adept in Adobe Illustrator (8/10)
  3. Basic knowledge of Corel/Photoshop preferrable (5/10)
  4. Should be good with line drawings/vector art (8/10)
  5. Good at design research online
  6. Should have an eye for detail
  7. Should be good at time-management and adhering to given timelines
Attitude required:
  1. Should be a team player team first, self later attitude
  2. Should have knowledge of current design trends and pop-culture
  3. Should be energetic and enthusiastic
  4. Able to take constructive criticism and work on it
  5. Passionate about design and learning more about design
Activities:
  1. Brainstorming and coming up with ideas
  2. Find references and create concept presentations
  3. Design Wall Graphics according to client brief and expectations
  4. Make internal catalogues when necessary
  5. Delivering print-ready files
  6. Filling up timesheet on a daily basis
  7. Proof checking designs
  8. Working on ideas given by senior graphic designer
