Job Description Monitors work of direct reports and redirect assignments per workload Ensures staff follows directions and consistently adheres to work procedures Subject Matter Expert on department business guidelines with ability to convey this knowledge to others Reviews daily tracking information and ensures accurate and timely capture of data points Recommends, develops and implements new processes that improve departmental effectiveness Partners with Buyers, vendors and Ecom team to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of data Interacts with Legal and Compliance teams to support requirements specific to product data Documents departmental processes by writing procedures and maintaining guidelines Works with new employees and facilitate various training and on-boarding activities Develops and delivers productivity reporting Reviews daily/weekly/monthly productivity reports and partners with Manager to take necessary action to ensure team is meeting expectations Manages ad hoc projects and special assignments Communicates effectively with management team and escalate issues as needed Assists with PDM testing and support roll out and training Interviews job candidates and contributes to the departmental hiring process ,
