    Get all the stakeholder prepared about any audit that is to be conducted by an external auditorMake sure necessary resources are being provided to the external auditProvide guidelines to the audit team with respect to audit memo and expected areas to beaudited during any departmental or store auditDetermine and initiate corrective actions for audit conductedBasis the audit finding to make sure that there is a documented Standard operating procedureformalised for the same . If not, the said needs to be drafted and formally documented.For the SOP, to make sure necessary internal financial controls are been put in order along with itsRisk Control MatrixTimely store visits to be conducted to capture any non-compliances to the SOP and audit findingsare being complied withDesign and system related improvement opportunities to be identified for stores and otherdepartmentsAssist in strategizing and planning
