Job descriptionDesignation : Interior Designer (from healthcare designing background only)Qualification :A degree in interior design or a related field is required, with additional certification or training in healthcare interior design being highly advantageous.Location : Mumbai Kurla (west)CTC : 4 LPA to 5 LPA (Negotiable)Experience required: 3 YearsCANDIDATE MUST HAVE WORKED ON HOSPITAL /HEALTHCARE PROJECTS END-TO-END.Work days : Monday to Saturday- flexibility to work from home for 2 days in a weekWork timings :10 am to 6:30 Pm (Hybrid)Notice Period : 0 to 30 daysInterview Procedure :3rounds of interview: 1 telephonic, 1 gmeet & 1 face to face round(in person/ online only in case there is an availability issue)Skills Required: AutoCAD,3D Rendering-3ds Max, SketchUp, and VRay, ;BOQs ;Knowledge of Compliance and Guidelines (Indian Compliance) for hospitals & healthcare units.1. Proficiency in AutoCAD: The candidate must be highly skilled in AutoCAD for drafting detailed, precise architectural and interior designs. 2. Expertise in 3D Rendering: Ability to create realistic 3D renders and walk throughs is crucial. The applicant should be proficient in advanced rendering tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and VRay, and should be able to produce high-quality visualizations that accurately represent design concepts. 3. Experience in Healthcare Facility Design: The candidate must have a solid track record of designing healthcare facilities. This includes understanding the specific needs and challenges of healthcare environments, such as patient flow, privacy, accessibility, and the integration of medical technology. 4. Knowledge of Compliance and Guidelines (Indian Compliance): It is essential that the candidate is knowledgeable about the relevant guidelines and compliance requirements specific to healthcare interiors in India. This includes understanding regulations related to safety, accessibility (ADA compliance), and hygiene standards. 5. Ability to Prepare BOQs: The candidate should have experience in preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) that include material specifications, quantities, and pricing. 6. Educational Background: A degree in interior design or a related field is required, with additional certification or training in healthcare interior design being highly advantageous. 7. Project Management Skills: The role requires managing multiple projects from concept through completion, coordinating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Effective time management and organizational skills are essential. 8. Collaborative and Communication Skills: The ability to work effectively in team settings and communicate design ideas clearly to clients and team members is crucial. This includes verbal and written communication skills. 9. Creative and Technical Problem Solving: The candidate should have a strong creative vision along with the ability to solve practical and technical issues that arise during the design process. 10. Adaptability and Continuous Learning: The interior design field, especially within healthcare, is constantly evolving. The ideal candidate should be committed to staying informed about the latest design trends, technologies, and regulations.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :1. The Interior Designer will undertake design projects from concept to completion including managing sales leads by undertaking customer interaction.2. Define project requirements and schedule during the brief.3. Interpret and translate customer needs into plans and aesthetic designs.4. Set costs and project fees according to budget and assist in closing of leads by undertaking design due diligence5. Work closely with architects, clients, partners, management, and execution team.6. Visit projects to ensure the delivery of project is as per the design and in line with the quality requirements7. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.8. Work on strategic projects and create templates and renders for different spaces that shall be used in marketing collaterals and for sales.
