Job Description

    - Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.- Implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. - Plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.- Plans, executes, and measures all web, SEO/SEM, optimize marketing campaigns, track site traffic for generating leads, database marketing, email, social media, and search advertising Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.- Content Writing & Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range goals that must be addressed.- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and suggests activities for improving the quality of online content.- Plans executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.- Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.Skill required:- Influencer and drive results through collaboration- Team Player- Interpersonal and Strong Communication skills (Reading, Written & Oral)- Flexibility & Adaptability- Business Centric- Out of Box thinker- Go-Getter- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.- Vendor Management- Self-motivated yet Business-focused- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis- Ability to forecast and manage Budgets- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills- Good time-management skillsEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:- Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or a related field- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, B2B, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics & CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)- Working knowledge of ad serving tools- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search enginesRelevant Exp: 4-6 Years experienceThis job opening was posted long time back.
